Why All Sales Are Final
Every mobile case and print design—especially custom studio orders—is produced and assembled specifically to each customer’s selected phone model, finish, and personalized artwork. Because each unit is custom prepared and printed, we cannot accept returns, provide exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is confirmed and produced.
Verify Your Phone Model Before Ordering
Please double-check your exact phone make and model (e.g., iPhone 16 Pro vs. iPhone 16 Pro Max, Galaxy S25 Ultra vs. Galaxy S25) on the product page before completing checkout. We cannot process replacements or refunds for customer model selection mistakes.
Cancellation Policy
